We're a local family business, and started out life as a market stall at Hampshire Farmers Market, serving delicious home-cooked ready-to-eat savoury treats with an international twist, using natural, locally-sourced ingredients.
We try to stay true to our roots; delivering that same ethos in all our food and we use local, high-welfare, ethical ingredients, packaging & products wherever possible.
We have had 10 wonderful years at Southsea Tennis Club, but now is the time to move on. The business started as a market stall and developed into a cafe and event space. That love for event catering has grown and become a huge part of what we do. Lockdown brought new challenges and with that new skills - AfN accreditation as a Nutritionist saw the business take on new contracts to provide balanced health giving meals.
As the business has adapted we need different premises, but our love of the good people of Southsea remains and we couldn’t bare the idea of not serving you everyday. So watch this space to see where our new kitchen and cafe will be. Can;’t wait to see you there.

Our services are overseen by founder Nell Faux. She has an MSc in Nutrition & Behaviour from Bournemouth University, and is an Associate Member of the National Association fro Nutritonists. Combining her passion for great tasting food, and warm hospitality, her chef training means food is great tasting as well as wonderfully healthy.
Designing healthy meals with the recommended daily amounts of fruit & vegetables, as well as fermented foods and low sugar goals. We are delighted to cater for childrens groups across Portsmouth & Hampshire. Delivered either as an individual lunchboxes or as a hot communal meal, we have been delighted to partner with Pompey in the Community, Sport 4 Kids and Andrew Simpson Water sports Centre amoung others.
Whether you want advice for your family or personal goals, or you need menu advise for your sports team we can help! We also run cooking and healthy eating classes to increase knowledge and participation.
